Privacy Policy

BalloonFlow AI makes an iPhone app and this website for balloon artists and event decorators. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

Information you give us

• Contact. When you email us, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include.
• Account information. Your name, email address, and business details such as business name, logo, and the reply-to address used on proposals.
• Photos and designs. Garland photos you upload for analysis, backdrops and mockups you generate or edit, saved designs, and Theme Studio plans.
• Client and event information you enter. Leads, contacts, event dates and locations, quantities, pricing, proposals, contracts, and signatures created in the Jobs and Proposals workspace. This is your business data and you control what goes into it.
• Community content. Posts, photos, comments, and likes you choose to publish.

Information collected automatically

Device and app information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and time zone. Usage and diagnostic information such as which features you use, how many AI requests you have made against your monthly allowance, crashes, and performance data.

Information from third parties

• Apple. Subscription status, trial eligibility, renewal, and cancellation come from Apple. We never receive your full payment card details.
• Square. If you connect your own Square account, we receive the connection status and the payment records tied to proposals in your account. Client deposits and balances go directly to your Square account and never pass through us.

How we use information

• Run the app: analyze garland photos, generate mockups and palettes, build proposals and contracts, and keep your saved work.
• Manage your membership, trial eligibility, and monthly AI allowances.
• Operate Community, including moderation, engagement points, and rankings.
• Send service messages and launch updates, and marketing email where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
• Meet legal and accounting obligations.

Photos, AI processing, and what stays private

Photos and design content you upload are processed to produce the analysis, mockups, and palettes you asked for. Private uploads are not automatically published to Community, and uploaded filenames remain private. Community content is public only when you intentionally post it.

To generate AI results, image and text content may be sent to third-party AI processing providers acting on our behalf.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run parts of the product for us: hosting, analytics, email delivery, AI processing, and support.
• Apple and Square, as described above.
• Anyone you choose: clients who receive a proposal link, and Community members who see what you post.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• A successor, if the business is sold or merged.

How long we keep it

We keep account and business data while your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes. You can delete individual designs, leads, and Community posts in the app. To delete your account and its data, email hello@balloonflowai.com.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email hello@balloonflowai.com.

Children

BalloonFlow AI is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Where information is processed

Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
